Refund & Warranty Policy

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Return Policy
    • You may return your Ski Mule(s) for any reason within the first 30 days of receipt of order.
    • Returned Ski Mules must be unused, having suffered no physical or water damage.  These conditions will void all warranties and we are unable to accept a return for the item.
    • Refunds are given for the item price. We do not refund shipping costs. 
    • No restocking fee applies as long as items are returned with all contents and in undamaged condition


    If you would like to return or exchange a Ski Mule, please email Ski Mule from the Contacts page at for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Any packages returned without a RMA will be returned to sender. Ski Mule is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We recommend you insure and purchase tracking for all returns.

    The returned merchandise must be sent back in the same condition it was shipped, including all packaging materials, accessories, and documentation. Returned items must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage in transit.
